These polices are in effect until further notice 1. Do NOT come into the office if you have any of the following symptoms, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever, chills, body aches, sore throat, or a headache in combination with one of the above symptoms - give us a call/text to reschedule your appointment. 2. Please check in, make payments, along with scheduling your next appointment at the window located to the right of the office door. If you don't check in, we don't know you're here. 3. You must wear your mask at all times while in the office. Bandanas, thin masks, masks with ports, and loose gators are NOT allowed.
Our Staff policies 1. Tables are cleaned between patients. 2. Dr. Benjamin washes his hands properly in between each patient appointment with a non-toxic solution. 3. Our office staff cleans our high touch surfaces through out the day with an alcohol-based solution. 4. Our office staff washes their hands periodically through out that day and/or uses hand sanitizer. 5. Our office has a deep cleaning done every week where it gets sanitized thoroughly. 6. Our office staff are all vaccinated for your safety. 7. Our office staff wear masks at all times.
