We have a cash option for your 1st visit,

  After your initial visit we will be pleased to offer you:
A discount medical program option called Chiro Health USA.

This discount membership plan can be used for yourself along with:
your spouse, domestic partner, dependent children up to age 26,
parents in the household over age 60, and any other IRS dependent.
This membership can be used at any chiropractic office
​ that has this program in the United States.

Membership Fee (valid for 1 year from date of purchase in our office)
​- $49.00 via credit/debit card only

Adjustment Fee: $40.00 plus tax.
